Urgently looking for a female candidate who must be Smart, presentable and have good communication in English, Hindi and Bengali. Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel and Power-point),open to travel. Schedule and attend Business Meeting. Proven working experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibility and Executive Assistant (EA) to Director.
Key skill:
Handling Front office management / look after daily office administration work
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
Daily attendance update / camera checking
Prepare correspondence and documents
Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
Monitor and maintain office equipment
Control inventory relevant to the reception area.
Assist in calling as and when required
Other day to day work as assigned by the Management and seniors
