Job Details:

Salary range : 3 to 4.8 LPA

 

Key Responsibility:

• Manage import and export operations, including customs clearance and documentation.
• Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, transporters, and freight forwarders.
• Handle domestic dispatch planning and logistics management.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and warehouse operations.
• Arrange and track transportation for timely delivery of goods.
• Reconcile stock records and coordinate with the Accounts team.
• Ensure compliance with customs, FSSAI, and company regulations.
• Prepare MIS reports on imports, exports, inventory, and logistics costs.
• Optimize supply chain efficiency, transit time, and operational costs.
• Proficient in ERP, Excel, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures for agri-commodities
• Experience in custom clearance & CHA handling
• Expertise in bulk inventory & warehouse management (pulses/grains preferred)
• Good understanding of accounts, costing, and reconciliation
• Strong coordination & negotiation skills
• High ownership and attention to detail
• Proficiency in ERP, Excel, and stock management systems

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / Post Graduate (Commerce / Supply Chain / Logistics preferred)
• 5–12 years of experience in import/export & SCM
• Prior experience in pulses, grains, or commodity trading industry is highly preferred
