Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of stock broking and financial market operations.
• Knowledge of NSE, BSE, F&O, CDS, Commodity, and Clearing operations.
• Expertise in bank reconciliation and fund management.
• Sound knowledge of TDS, GST, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in exchange settlements and regulatory reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting software.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CA (Inter), CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in Operations, Treasury, or Financial Operations within a Stock Broking, NBFC, Capital Markets, or Financial Services organization.
• Hands-on experience with exchange settlements, banking operations, regulatory reporting, and statutory compliance is essential.
