Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales & Marketing function with responsibility for revenue growth, business development and market expansion.
• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
• Build and manage strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets and strategic partnerships.
• Lead, mentor and drive the sales team towards achieving performance targets.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, pricing and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• 12–15+ years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong track record in B2B sales, business development, revenue growth and team handling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing or SaaS domains will be preferred.
