Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end DP operations, including demat/remat, account opening, transfers, pledges, corporate actions, and settlements.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSDL, and CDSL regulations while handling audits, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate with depositories, regulators, internal teams, and clients to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead the DP operations team, implement SOPs, strengthen internal controls, and drive process improvements.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of NSDL/CDSL operations, SEBI regulations, and DP compliance.
• Experience in audits, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, and team management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or related field
Certification: NISM Series VI (Mandatory)
