Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with IFSCA, SEBI, NSE, BSE, MCX, NSDL, and other applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Lead AML/CFT, KYC, and PMLA compliance, including customer due diligence and regulatory reporting.
• Develop and implement compliance policies, monitor regulatory changes, and conduct internal compliance audits.
• Liaise with regulators, manage inspections, and present compliance reports to senior management and the Board.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of IFSCA, AML/CFT, KYC, PMLA, and SEBI regulations.
• Risk assessment, compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or related field
Mandatory Certification: NISM-IFSCA-01 (AML & CTF in IFSC)
