Job Details:

Salary range : 2.5 to 3 LPA

 

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination.
• Handle onboarding, employee documentation, and HR records.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee database.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and compliance.
• Assist in payroll inputs and employee engagement activities.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Education:

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Salary Per Year: 2.5 - 3 LPA
